Has anyone listened to his new album Lasers yet? I downloaded it earlier and am soooo glad I didn't pay for it. It's absolutely horrible, the kind of cr*p I expect to hear from the ultra mainstream hiphop artists, not Lupe. I used to have so much respect for him and his talent but between this and his punk band Japanese Cartoon, which was made even worse by the fake accent, I am utterly ashamed * +

thats why I stick the to the staff, Lupe is reminding me of Common.I think he might even feature clons like lil wayne on the next album. * +

Lupe himself said that he was disappointed with the final output of the laser project..the fact that his record label (Atlantic) didn't gave him creative freedom to procreate his signature music says a lot in the track listing, productions and the song quality on the album..he had very little to do with it,the most he did was provide the vocals..(Coming from a fan)..its probably not as good as FNF or the cool..but as a fan I'll bid my support and buy a copy rather than downloading it *
