hi, am thinking of getting traktor pro, but hav one query. i have alot of vinyl and was wondering can i rip the vinyl for traktor and hav them tunes be used in the same way that digital copies can be auto beat-matched? if so, how can this be done? i apologise if this is a lil vague lol * +

You can't use traktor to rip them(as far as I know), but you can record the vinyl onto your pc as a WAV then convert it to mp3. You may need an external sound card to connect your deck up to your pc, and you'll need software to record (audacity, soundforge, etc) and a convertor to mp3(I use razorLame) * +

cheers, i take it then the traktor reads it that way and then it's able beat-match. i never thot of it that way. am all new to this. stopped djin a few years back and now i'm to get back into it. * +
