Anyone know how to find an original style in rapping, i do a bit of mc work but when i lay it down i go all marshal and dre style, need to sound original and new to make anythin of it, any rappers or mcs out ther got any advice? * +

Keep doing what u love and listening to what u like. When u write lyrics, do it without listening to anything, hear urself singing it in ur head, maybe ur true sound will come from that. * +

Maxum, thats not a bad idea, when i write i ALWAYS have a beat, ill give it a go without the beat. To th guy that said listen to decent music, whats classed as decent music? I listen to everythin from HIM, to avenged sevenfold, to frank sinatra, no s**tney spears or prestina gagulara tho so why dont you tell me what i SHOULD be listenin to to be as cool as you? * +
