If you're looking for a program to convert from other audio formats to mp3, then you'll need a program called razorlame. But you'll need to find a file called lame as well for it to work. But if you meant that you want to compress mp3s to make them smaller in your hard drive, then you can't * +

MP3 are already a compressed file, if you want to make them smaller in size you must decrease the MP3's bitrate, for example, from 320kbps to 192kbps. Of course this will decrease the sound quality too.
