Obviously u havent heard of the wu tang clan or jurassic 5 who are both hip hop groups that create there own beats that are alot more original than the usual. Hip hop can be like metal in the sense that the commercial stuff is usually quite predictable where as if u dig a little deeper you will be rewarded with something more unique * +
