damon albarn has produced some of the best music of the last 15-20 years, blur, gorillaz or the good the bad and the queen, the man has such a diverse knowledge and taste that its quite impossible 2 go wrong * +

There was a discussion recently on The Void because someone had compared Albarn to Bowie, and there was lots of animosity towards Damien, probably as result of the Oasis/Blur thing, but although I wouldn't put him on a par with the Thin White Duke, he's certainly worthy of being mentioned in the same breath. * +
