In my opinion Metallica has only 3 solid Thrash albums that I like (Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, and justice for all) then the rest were just an after thought of metal and simply became mainstream rock. Opeth has 9 Solid albums and remain way superior in everyway even though they are in 2 diffrent subgenres I know Opeth would play thrash way better than kirk and James! * +

A perfect example would be when Opeth covered Circle of the Tyrants by Celtic frost even though CF is considered early Black Metal that song consist of mostly thrashy riffs!!! * +
