I'd have said maybe Morcheeba or Zero 7 if it wasn't for the 'blow instruments' bit. Possibly Emliana Torrini? Or maybe even Bjork? Was it an English accent or an Englishwoman? Do you think it was a band or a solo artist with backing? * +
