You didn't say anything about DOWNLOADING originally @poster - the artists I've mentioned are best appreciated via a hardcopy of their material through proper sound reproduction equipment. If you want something that makes a slightly different tcchkaa-tcchkaa-tcchkaa sound through your ipod or phone, download anything.. * +

Yeah I know that bro, it's in my 'One Ring' blog, and has been for ages - what I'm saying (as in the 'where do you buy' topic) is that ALL mp3s are fit only for ringtones, regardless of bitrate. * +

The living end ( their older stuffs rockabilly/punk, thier new stuffs more rock). COG (metal prog rockers with hints of tool in their music) and xavier rudd (acoustic roots with slide and a bit of rock n blues). All of em are fantastic australian bands and mus'os that need to be heard *
