its not about looks guys. if the tone suits your playing style thats it. if u someday get to play a friends gibson sg and you think that it sounded like heaven then you probably havent got what you want. you have to get your hands on all the models to decide what fits your ear and hands(and shoulders if your playing four to five days per week). saving a few years and getting what you want whatever * +

enryu u cant compare rgs to jems. nor ibanez to musicman. nor strats to gibsons. every guitar is unique in its own way. even 2 guitars of the same kind can be different in someway. * +

thats true.. but they make too many guitars.. unlike musicman. who makes fantastic guitars.. but they dont have a lot of different ones. mostly artiste series *
