You can put any mp3 file on your iPod, just drag and drop. There's no 'way around it', that's how it actually works. I have 1000+ mp3s on mine and none of them is from the iTunes Store.. As for the pw, it's better to download iTunes from apple.Com, there's a video there to show how to use the software, it's very helpful. * +

u cant put anything into ur ipod if u dont have i tunes in ur pc... *
