When my mate plugs her ipod shuffle into the docking station which is connected to the usb on the computer the pc recognises it, the orange charging light comes on then after a little while it turns to green but when she disconnects and wants to play it, it doesn't work and the lights don't come on on the shuffle. Any ideas why please? *

Try reconnecting it to the pc again, and check the battery also. *
