Have you inserted the sim properly? If so is the sim active? Otherwise take the phone back and demand a repair or replacement. * +

This fone was bought in another country, it was probably used for two months. I sense the phone is locked to the network in that country. Do u think flashing will solve the problem? Actually i dont have a clue on how to flash this type of moto brand. If u have seen and experience the phone, u will understand what am saying. * +

Hmm, you didn't learned untill now that flashing will not unlock the phone. There are only few exceptions that strengthens the rule. You need to unlock it to a service. Just search really good before if you think there is a way to do it yourself, which is 1:10000000 * +
