I got an moto rizr lying around that doesn't work anymore. when i switch it on, i opens the menu, then the browser. i press the red button to close the browser, then it just starts displaying 666666666 (like the 6key got stuck) so i cant do anything with it! is this an software prob? any chance i could fix this myself? * +

Laro696 it sounds like u need to clean the key pad out u might have something stuck under it. ull have to take it in to get that done * +

opened it up and everything looks fine. and it wont open the browser up if a key is stuck. would it work if i flashed it? * +

Maybe, from what I understand.. it worked before and now it doesn't. Try it and if its not solved, take it to repairs, I have never heard about such a problem before. * +

as well as it can be ribbon prob or the key pad prob i once had that prob an i just pull out the keep pae an straightn it ! * +
