got my hiptop slide about 2 weeks ago and already the hangup key is not working, plus ever so often it just randomly reboots and I lose everything and it has 2 redownload all my bookmarks and so on :( *

Sounds like a faulty one, take it back if you got warranty. You can try to change the firmware if you know the steps and if there are firmwares for this phone. *
