Ok moto-ppl, i hav a real brain-teaser, here goes. My litle bro brought a v3x in Canada on Virgin Network. Lil bro brings it bak hm (NZ) Got quoted 2000 just to 'flash' the ph so it can b connected 2 a local network. Is this right or is da shop guy NutZ? * +
