i just put a new 1gb sandisk memory card in my v360 and loaded an mp3.twas fine till i tried to play video and it froze (the video).Restarted the phone only to find free memory : 0.00 kb used memory 992 999 kb any sound advice? * +

try to format the card with the phone.. if that does not work format with pc... i got same brand and size and no problems... * +

Its a virus problem. what actually happened was that ur memory card must have been occupied by virus. There are lots of crazy virus that replicate themselves, when u have an infected file its easy for a virus to replicate.when u also try to play these files same apply. So therefore format ur card and get a better antivirus 4 the pc u are using * +

One more true story i would like to share. Story! Story!! Story! Yeah! Recently i slot in my moto mem card into my nokia, then i found something strange in it. One of trojan horses virus created viruses bearing each name of my mp3's, eg(usher) confession.exe! I deleted these files manually on the phone then all my mp3s became invisible, I finally decided to formate my Card. Note ur card may not have been a virus problem but there is a 70percent chance its a virus. Cheer * +

I recommend u to use bitdefender if u can pay. if u want a free antivirus go for avast home edition. Note free things are not always so good because its free! Cheers * +

Format the card , check that default connection is MEMORY CARD .It'll work fine. * +
