Yes, we can explain, mainly is changing yout existing firmware to something better that unlocks new menus, new layout of menus, skins, new functions, blah blah, etc. It is advisable to mod your phone, it will improve it alot, giving the possibility to record mp4 instead of 3gp, havin iTunes and lots of other players, doing mods directly from the phone etc. This is the shorten version... * +
