dnt remember well either but if im not mistaken its a seem edit. open up seem 004a_0001 and go to offset 9D. change the value of that offset to 00. save seem or upload seem to phone and restart phone. however note that some of the icons that refresh automatically such as signal or gprs transfer etc will still appear or rather keep refreshing. * +
