you can extend the memory up to 4 gig it has 90 mb internal memory! * +

You can extend to more than that, up to 32Gig, but won't find a card that big yet. @topic writer remember that is the 'prototype', and its price will drop soon, as there is already the Z10, so wait a little ifyou want to buy it cheaper, if not go for the Z10
