Warning to my fellow v3x user! I will like u inform u all that the heartlessv3x with itune is incompitent because during my process of reflashing the mp crashed and killed my phone. I think this mp contain a very dangerous virus which gain access to the immune system of your phone. If ur phone does not havn a warranty pls dont flash this software or else u will pay a lot 4 repair. My phone is in critical problem because it has been sent for manufacturers repair. When u extract the mp u will find a folder containing text, read it to the end and u will find trogan worm. * +

@dapo you were very unlucky, but there is not any virus on that monster pack, nore the archive containing the mp. I saw the with my one eyes the flashing of the mp, succedeed 100. If your phone was detected after the error as Blank Neptune.. you could have tried to flash your backup or another MP. If it wasn't detected, then the tespoint would have solved the problem, or the service. Though luck * +

This was how it happenned guys!I did successfully my pone with the mp but i found out that not all the java application that was mentioned was installed, at about an hour later i started to reflash, suddenly an error was shown on my phone screen, immediately it switched off then i tryed to switch my phone on and it couldn't . *
