hi. can anyone pls help. my profiles for vlive and vlivemms are locked. can it be unlocked or should i send my phone in to be cleared. *

do u want to edit ur profiles? if so select Copy Entry and rename it. ull be able to edit it then. *

dunno if we thinking aboutthe same thing but the lock icon next to the setting means it cannot be deleted,it does not mean its locked *
