Symbian fones gt viruses cz thr OS is more complex n similar 2 dat of pda's n pc in sum terms. Virus attcts on symbian os usually infects da msging function such as mms/sms etc n replicates by sending it self 2 ur contacts as wel as via blutoot trnsfr frm fone 2 fone. viruses also fks up thr multimedia content alot. I dnt tnk virus attct on symbian os r frameware relatd in all cases, but da mere fac dat smartfones r lyk lil pc's, n bcz of da similarity in os functions n da adaptation of thr media n app formats, it hs alowd thm 2 also bc*m pr*ne 2 viruses as wel * +

i kinda disagree wid u guys. . recently a friend of mine had 2 hav his pc re-formattd due 2 a virus. d pc expert dat fixed his pc said dat it mite hav came thru his fone and he has a v36o . if java fones cnt get virus den hw does d mc get fked in sum fones.? cud der b a possible need 4 an antivrus on a java 4ne or am i rong. . . . . . . . .? * +
