hi all... ok i've read through all the other software update posts in this forum but haven't found anything on why my v3xx is asking for an update 'update required' but will not connect to the update server. it connects to wap fine. but i'm trying to install my service providers mms settings and every time i go to install them, it says 'update required' so i click on install, but it says * +

you don't have the mms settings working or what? Go to web sessions and see how much profiles you've got there. If there are already 10, then delete 1 or 2 and try again that updating. But why don't you do it manually (the mms settings)? * +

i only have 3 different web profiles. i have tried entering the mms settings manually but still didn't work. * +

Delete the mms profile, create a new one. Remember that the service must be activated by your operator. * +
