U need the drivers. These are normally installed automatically on connection. U can download them tho. * +

Thats why i asked if u have installed the drivers or not. Go to modmymoto and dwnload the p2k drivers and install em on ur pc. * +

i dwnloaded p2k 3.O.8 n also da drivers 2.9 bt it stil say disconect..ALSO aftr i plug my phn in den i get a mesage new hardware found..a problem occurd n device myt nt wrk proply Pls HELP * +

Check to make sure that in usb settings the default connection is phone memory. If using p2k tools remove mem card as that brings up issues sometime with p2k tools * +
