Some1 plz hlp! My v360 wont startup. It jst hangs at the bootup scrn.. It all happnd aftr i transferd skins 2my moto via the pc. This method wrkd many times b4.. But this tym the fne jst froz up, and i when i tried restartin it in hangs. Pc wont2 switch p2k mode, although it does detect it as a modem. Cnt dialup tho. * +

Removd the battery 4ra while then put it bck in again.. Hopin its perhapz a power cycle failure. No luck..stil hangs. Anyway 2retrieve the phn bk contacts? Moto phn tools and no p2k app can read it.. Plz hlp :( * +

Is there a way2 'hard reset' it? Tried the 'star-hash' method..but it aint wrk. * +

If you have a backup created for your phone, you shlould consider putting it back on. The phonebook at the time you made the backup will be there. * +

thx, but i cant get my pc to switch the phone to p2k mode, so i cant even restore any of the backups i made..usin any of those apps :( Is the perhaps any software for moto like phoenix (for nokia) the has a 'dead phone' revival feature. ok thats not the exact name but thats more or less wot it does. can any1 out the help me?? * +

p2k easy tools 3.9 Take out the battery, keep pressed * # and put the battery back... The phone should go into boot mode. And from there you can put your backups, repair PDS, etc. Read detailed here: http://yuetblog.blogspot.com/2007/04/how-to-revive-your-phone.html * +

Pyramis, i also had a phone not detected by windows usb and did as u said, pressed * # while putting bat back and ... bootloader. Thanks man ! This is my 2nd dead one that is up and running in a week. *
