Plug the usb into another port...after plugged to the phone. Follow the installer. Motorola usb modem will be installed automatically. * +

Okay what u do is go 2 control pannel, phone and modems then click on ur moto phone modem then properties the 2 advanced. U should c a place 2 enter a code and u enter the folowing: at + cgdcont (equal sign) 1, ''IP'' , (ur service provider apn) this must be entered with out the spaces * +
