Have i killed my phone? I downgraded the bootloader 09.02 to 08.A0 but sumthing mush have gone wrong as i cant flash it. It says error when sending bootloader even though it is now 08. A0 * +

Its a v360v that i wantd to downgrade so i cam mod it. But everytime i try to switch it on it lights up 4 a sec then dies. I can force it to bootloader but then i get error 0x1FE and after it shows BL as 08.A0 but i cant flash it. How do i sort it out? * +
