chuk-did u flash ur fone?... it happend as well! i flashd my fone got that app expired msg! all i did was load my backup agen and made a backup of all my apps using motomidman * +

u removed ur memory card while ur phone is still on dnt u?is ur fault all u have to do go to phone status and format ur card * +
