its the driver for the bt modem, and the first step to getting the pc to see the phone as a modem. ul have to get one, as the v360 do not come with the cd, download or ask a tjom * +

btw, u dont have to get a motorola modem driver, i have a sharp gx25 driver on my pc, and sold that phone like 2years ago. iv used a d500, d600, v360 and a 6330 with that driver, and all worked like a charm * +
