Well resently i had a problem wif my phn book i couldnt edit my contacts nor veiw em my advice 2u is find another phn bluetooth all ur pics and vids and mp3s then do a MASTER CLEAR this should solve ur problem ps save ur bookmarks 2 as i 4got 2 do dat 2 *

v360 sux i have one and its giving me a problems motorola exchanged it already 4 another v360 i'll neva buy a motorola again *

If it doesnt download video or mp3 you need to MASTER CLEAR your phone *
