no u mean the unlock code not sim pin. afta entering the sim pin the fone would ask u to enter an unlock code it is usually 1234 if unchanged if changed press the menu key when promted 4 an unlock code then it'l say enter security code which is 000000 if unchanged * +

just phone the network people (i forgot what they're called) and get them to give you the unlock code... what network is he on? * +

@ cutbear remove ur simcard then press *#06# then press menu not midle arrow after that press 32*118*1*0*0* then take every number after 003 if u fail call me or sms at 0760181832 * +
