A friend of mine has a v3. And it has vlive on it even though it didnt hav the feature on it. I tried it on my v600 and it only works when i use opera and it still uses my airtime. *

Vlive is a load of service provider customisations that the network that provided the v3 - that is, NOT motorola - put on all their phones. You won't get it on your phone as the software on your phone is going to be different *
