My mum has a moto v360v. Now when she puts the phone down on the table sometimes it goes off. Now i thought it could be the battery. I picked it up and shaked it A little. It restarted itself. Is it the battery? *

probably loose battery inside the cover ,remove the cover while phone is on and check if its stable. *
