u are talking cr*p cause cell c is cheap on call rates , i have a contract with them i'm payin 200 a months and i get 235 air-time 100 sms an a d600 frm september last year its a top up contract, i'm payin less than my friends who are payin 142 for 135 for v3 on voda * +
