first yuo need p2k tools.then instal drivers for windows from p2k folder drv. then u can delete original stuffs,reflash phones or something else. * +

but if u need reflash u need other software like FLASH BACKUP 2.62 * +

if u wanna access ur mem card then u dont need any software cos ur phone wil be detectd as flash memory/drive . if u wanna access ur phone mem u gona need p2k or mpt. * +
