Im hearing alot about this problem. I owned 2 motos and never saw any phone freezing. I suppose you all people talking about when you lose connection with server and KB are not moving, so you just wait a little for connection to work again and to continue with download * +

no no lux it happens even if u got both gprs signal and ntwk signal... u once helped with that and since then its smooth sailing 4 me * +

What means PHONE FREEZES? For me that means phone blocked. If just stops to downloading thats only loss of connection with game server, im not talking about gprs signal or network signal. Im talking about game server (WAITING FOR REPLY from server) * +

Llux i have the same problem bt i have an e398. Wen im on ur site after i enter eg. games or pictures, my fone just goes blank and freezes for about 5secs then resets back 2 the startup screen and says 'no service' help plz. * +
