u goto be in a 3g area otherwise it wont work * +

check whether the red 3G icon is on u'r screen b4 makin a call... -just makin what k1ngs1ze said a little clearer... * +

if u bn using vodacom fone customer service n tel dem. 155 . most of the video calling users were reset so u cudnt make or recive VDO calls * +

the other person you are calling has to have the 3g video calling activated and is in a place with 3g coverage and you cant video call an mtn person with a vodacom sim it has to be the same network to same network like vodacom to vodacom and mtn to mtn *
