Try to swap port 80 with 8080. In ISP setting YOUR NETWORKS user and pass. Ur personal when u run IM * +

I suppose u have read settings from my WAP site. The only thing i can think of that u need to change apn. Or u can try to make shortcut and try to enter it while ONLINE. But try with both ports. Or u wrong something. Or ur pass is wrong, its a case sensitive. Watch for big and small letters * +
