First describe what error shows up when u click on the file than ask. Also maybe that site have some errors with files. Or, u can simple try with restart first. Off and on * +

Yes, he told u. On that site u cant see files that ur phone does not support. I said, its a internet error, like BAD REQUEST, BAD GATEWAY, TOO LARGE, NOT FOUND.... * +
