Get rid of all holidays at school leaving age. And show the school leaver,s what its really like to work nearly everday even on bank holidays. Example a shopping mall where they ave plenty of choices of jobs to choose from shops, banks, supermarkets, hairdressers, cafes, beauty shops etc. Every day of their holidays. And for the stuborn kids that dont want to comply. Give them a taste of what its really like on the dole and ow folk ave to cope every day as a eye opener. *
