Going to lightly fry some bacon and sausages, and beans in same oil, then transfer into baking tray add a tin of chopped tomatoes, cover with cheese and cook in oven for ten minutes, while that is cooking slowly, am going to fry up some potatato fritters . When ready serving on two slices of toast. Mums recipe, will be my first attempt of doing this. And is as yumsome as mums was. * +
