I hate those nights. Although rare! I'm fast asleep before 11 most eves. But when I'm having a restless night, I tend to watch cr*p TV, read a book, eat cr*p or harass folk online. * +

I go through times where i sleep great but the bad nights urgh QVC and godknows what other cr*p is on or il watch whatever rubbish is recorded on sky * +

If I'm awake for more then an hour I get up and do my ironing, usually have loads so pretty tired by the end and nod off easily 
unfort I don't want to get up in morning as I feel like s**t * +
