One guy was a foreign in South Africa then he played lottery and he won R10million,on the following he went 2 claim his R10million.But when he arrived there, they said 2 him he is nt a South African citizen, so they are going 2 pay him R10.000 but that guy refused 2 take it he said he want his R3.50 back!!! * +
