or just buy ready mix n just add egg n milk, beat to thick but pouring batter, cook in hot oil for min or so on each side then toss...serve with fresh lemon juice n sugar mmm

just mix the premade batter with water or milk until desired thickness or thiness and add melted b*tter to the batter. Spray the cooking pan with nonstick spray and or use b*tter to coat the pan. Fry on very low heat until the edges bubble a bit and brown on the surface. Flip and repeat. Tada...pancakes. * +
