When its turned back on you ring up and ask to customer services manager.... There you will explain your far from happy and if some thing is done about this you'll be taking your custom to Sky you should get some of next months bill refunded *

ive just recently got virgin media and i totally agree with you kandiiii all its been since ive had it has been a pain in the back side i described to get all the movies and sport channels everytime i wanna see them i have to type in the password its so annoying *
