however the end result is that customisation and functionality is limited. but as long as the product does what you want it to do that is all that matters. everyone has different expectations, meaning the same product will never please everyone, regardless of its design, technical specification or price. some people maybe surprised to hear that there is one manufacturer whos sales were so massive in their glory days that nobody has ever matched those figures to this day, not even Apple, yes thats right not even Apple. its NOKIA.
