6.1.3 which according to apple is the newest version for the 3gs. I can only assume it is a 3gs then and not a 3g? Video recording is there and so is voice control when you press the home button. But how would you know its not a 3g thats been modified to do those things? Lol bearing in mind the two models are physically identical? Although there is no hint of any lag which would be present on a 3g jailbreaked to run ios6? * +

Not even if it's jail broken, because the OS binary is signed with specific certificate for each model. * +
