This is my first iPhone. Can anyone tell me how to get the Bluetooth working? It won't connect to other phones but other phones can connect to me. And is there anywhere to get free music and how? * +

Depends on what you're trying to achieve over Bluetooth. iPhone doesn't support direct file transfer over Bluetooth from other devices, if at all you're planning to do that. * +

If you jailbreak you'll be able to download Air blue sharing from Cydia which enables you to share files with any other phone just like regular device does. * +
