How long on average does it last on your Iphone 5 before you charge it and do you let it run down so the phone turns of before you do? * +

Battery life depends on how one uses the phone. It will vary depending on what u do with the phone. It's advisable to let the battery drain to below 20 percent and then charge it back up to 100 percent at least once in a month to keep the battery meter calibrated. * +

I let mine run down totally and if i play games it lasts a day it depends and when i just download over wifi it lasts bit longer than have a day and i alsi browse and if i do nothing it lasts up to 1 full day and next day i charge it night time bu remember the update 6.1.4 ur bat lasts way longer and i still have 6.1.3 but my phone aren't jailbroken * +

Draining the battery down completely every time, may reduce the long term lasting life of the battery lithium ion batteries should generally be drained to less than 20 percent once in a month to calibrate the battery meter, otherwise you're fine. * +

I'm on 6.1.4 and the battery still goes dead after a day. Though I'm running everyday apps like Facebook, google, instagram and music etc I constantly have it on charge. Still love the phone nevertheless! * +

I agree coz mine the same and have to charge it once a day but i guess that's just the way it is *
